St Patricks Day Recap

We had great turnout for our St Patricks Day MEGA party! We started out the night at 7pm SLT with Maht's Mix Tape, our regular Monday Event. The Newly Partnered Maht was spinning the tunes from the 80s!

Congrats to Maht and Cajsa, we're all so happy for you!
Be sure to stop by Vicious Hypnoz on Mondays at 7pm to catch more of Maht's Mix Tape! You'll find Arcadia and Rhodesy there! (they lose points for not wearing green though - but they're still gorgeous!)

I am beginning to suspect Rhodesy of having a limitless supply of purple hair. I think I need to plan a Purple Haze event and put her to the test! Arcadia and Rhodesy are usually here for Maht's Mix tape event plus other Vicious Events, so come by and say hi to a couple of my favorite girls!


It was great to meet lots of new friends and everyone looked fantastic!
We had some people wander in who asked why were all dressed in green.
I suppose they REALLY wondered why Silo was dressed like this?
I didn't wonder, he's my cupcake!

Shae and Birdie stopped by for the first time and we all hit it off with them immediately.....especially when Shae was a good sport and put on the ladies dress he won! Nicely worn Shae! And Birdie was completely rocking the green boots - she was one of our contest winners that night! Way to go! Shae and his extraordinary fashion sense was another winner - it was a three way tie that night!

I used St Patrick's Day as a fashion experiment......I wondered WHAT I could get for nothing, or NEXT to nothing?
I ended up with four dresses that I paid 1 linden or less for each.
First up....

This is a skin and eyes that I got on ONREZ for $L1 each. The hair is part of a fatpack from Digit Darkes and her brilliant Diversity Hair that I got fora freebie for $L1. The DOWNSIDE to this dress and new skin was A. I didn't check the skin properly for it's NUDE state and B. The dress didn't have glitch pants. I realized this as my glaring black bush was showing (this skin seemed to have a rather hairy bush lol).
Next up was one from Thalia that I also picked up on Onrez, the hair again is another freebie fatpack from Digit Darkes. I like this dress, especially the fact that it CAME with GLITCH PANTS!
The third outfit was from Bubblefish and it's sort of a MEH from me. It's ok. It was free, but I dunno if I'd ever wear it again. The hair is also Diversity Fatpack again, and the flowers in my hair were from DJRobyn Writer who also made many other excellent St Patty's themed items to give away. It was great! This was the only outfit I had where you could St Patty's navel ring - but I'm not all excited about this outfit in general.

The third outfit was hands down the grand prize winner. The hair is from Digit Darkes but it's part of a set I paid good money for it, but the dress was free free free. Niiiice eh? Jewelry is from RiCX. Here is a close up of the skin that I got for $L1 on ONREZ for St Patty's Day. I got a great on on ONREZ for Valentine's day, which was sooo cute. And I also got these shamrock eyes - the pupils are shamrocks. They didn't cost more than $L1.

Cayenne Republic joined us agan and broke out some very unusual Fairy Wings. She was the other winner in our three way tie for the costume contest!

As always Furrball came in fashionable fur.

Our new friend Boopzee decided to break out some Alien Style and she and Silo cut quite the rug for a while. We do not descriminate against the Cupcake and Alien couples who come to Hypnoz, just in case this fits YOU!

As always Cajsa and I were thrilled to see EVERYONE who attended and looked forward to seeing everyone at our next events - BAD DEMO HAIR NIGHT and our EASTER PARTY - on EASTER EVE! See you there!

The Pirates of Vicious Island Invade TONIGHT!

9pm SLT! The PIRATE PARTY! Which is not to be confused with the PIRATE MOVIE!
Because the PIRATE MOVIE was lame. But this party has it all including a full sized pirate ship that I rezzed inside Hypnoz. It's huge, my brother used to live in it!

We'll have a $L500 prize for best pirate costume AND we'll be giving away excellent raffle prizes all night long! So break out the pirate speak on your babbler and get down to Vicious Hypnoz at 9pm SLT!

Who Killed Vicente Bolero - REVEALED

Okay so we had some EXCELLENT guesses and I am SO BLOWN away by ALL the entries we got that everyone will be receiving a special gift from me, just for playing. (I do mean the people who turned in an answer). We had THREE guesses that were correct, DJRobyn Writer, Boran Horan and Sable Heartsdale. Since we had a tie - we drew for the winner of the $L1000! Congrats to DJRobyn Writer for winning.

But since only two other people got it right, I think that both of you should expect a little something cool coming to you from me, as a thank you for playing and a congrats for getting it right.

I think what freaks me out most is that Boran Horan got it right before I even got the killer's profile on the blog as a suspect. So Boran Horan - whose alt ARE you? Kidding kidding kidding.

Well the night was excellent, we had several folks come by including some new friends like Pixel Breda and we were glad to see all of you.

Since I had such good response from all you lovely AVs out there, I'm even going to send out consolation presents off OnRez or SLX to all of you, to watch for inventory offers. The ones from SLX will be identified but you know, OnRez never tells you who something is from. Anyway, if you get some random nice present - it's from The Vicious!
Now, who WAS the killer?
Well, it might not have been who you thought, but it was the mild mannered SILO URIZA.
We fixed him though, and held and execution right on the stage of HYPNOZ.

Of course like every execution, we had protesters.

I got a lot of great pictures from the evening, and they'll all be up on Flickr in a day or two. Also Harper Gainesvoort from AROUND THE GRID WITH HARPER contributed some excellent shots, so I'll post hers over there too!

Vicious Murder Mystery Suspect #9

The mild mannered Furrball Nirpaw is the only furry who is a regular in the Vicious crew. Beloved by the Vicious and the team over at MDR, Furrball has become a fixture at Vicious Events.

But it's tough being the only furry at an event, even though we at Vicious always welcomed him with open arms, finding connections with his own kind has always been a challenge for him on Vicious Island.

But did he really have to tolerate disrespect from the Vicious, such as Vicente Bolero relieving himself in his litter box? In Vic's defense, he really had to go. And it WAS really impressive....that no hands move.

But you know how cats ARE about their litter boxes.

Was it enough to warrant MURDER?

Vicious Murder Mystery Clue #2

Oh the suspects, they do pile up don't they? So many people with a reason to Kill Vic - it's hard to sort them all out really.

Alice07 Barzane might seem like an unusual choice of suspect. Everyone loves Alice. So sweet, so loved by everyone.
But you have to ask yourself, how sweet can she REALLY be? As a bar owner, can she truly be this innocent and kind?
More importantly, there is probably an important clue in one of these pictures.
Remember, clues and hints will be found on this blog, on Vicious Island in little red boxes (VERY LITTLE RED BOXES), on Snapzilla (search Gidge Uriza OR Vicious Murder Mystery), and Twitter - our Twitter Handle is ViciousStudios.

I'll be adding more boxes throughout the day every day.....so check the island. If it were me, and I'm just saying IF - I'd put VICIOUS in the SL Search Directory and start hunting in the places with the lowest traffic numbers.

Art Appreciation Night - We <3 Art!

We held our Art Appreciation Night at Vicious Hypnoz and it was great to see how everyone came dressed. The contest was to come as a work of art or your favorite artist for $L500! Xena won and I didn't end up with a pic of her so if you have one, please forward it to me

Our new Vicious Assistant Lauren Mureaux tried out her raffle ball for a while, just to get the swing of it so for a while we had THREE yes THREE raffle balls going. We had a lot of fun announcing that we had a lot of balls.

We challenged everyone a bit with this one because unlike a regular theme party, the theme was simply ART - so you were only limited by your imagination. Sable came as her own work of modern art. I think she looked pretty great!
Of course the question is.....would you hang her on your wall?
Kidding kidding kidding!
Also rocking the great look was Qu Nightfire!

Furrball showed up in a gown he'd won at another event - his own special sort of work of art. Furrball lounged on the piano like a drunk chanteuse. Which is a hilarious animation. I will have to give it a try.

You probably noticed by now that we've moved Hypnoz up to Death Hill (Vic did you rename Death Hill BTW?) an we have done a lot of remodeling inside. I think over the next few weeks you're going to find Hypnoz a lot more romantic for couples, we're in the process of revamping the entire theme there.

Cajsa came in what I THINK was Waterlilies by Monet (I had had a few by the time I asked her but that seems right). It was a beautiful dress regardless.

I was one of the ladies in the famous Seurat pointellism and Silo rocked a Statue AV, it was excellent!

As always we loved seeing everyone and now I have to decide what we're going to do on Tuesday.....there will be SOMETHING on Tuesday night though! So watch your notices!

(okay I dunno what is up withmy missing eyes lately - I really DID have eyes this day). I think it might be my dark eyeshadow. This outfit includes the shoes and a sexy walk AO.

U.K.D. Project

U.K.D. Project played to the Vicious Crowd at Hypnoz on Sunday 2/17/08! It was a great concert and everyone had an excellent time!

Lyly Straaf and her entire staff played hostess to a packed house who enjoyed the live performance on Vicious Island.

Best In Red At Vicious Hypnoz

We had an excellent turnout for Best In Red! With a variety of red apparel being displayed from elegant evening gowns (like the one on Yuko Pinklady here) to little sexy club numbers to a full on red dragon (Such as worn by Mathew Loring our Best in Red Men's Winner of $L500!) Mathew is pictured dancing with Ada Parnell who won lots of great prizes in our raffles also!

Even Vic broke out the red (leather) and a red mohawk to go with his guns and he donated $L4000 to cover prizes AND to give cash give aways which we did all night to everyone's delight.
Everyone it was awesome to see everyone as usual and I think we all had a great time. You can expect to see more night time events at Hypnoz in addition to our regular mall events!

Cajsa and I had scavenged all over Second Life for excellent prizes to give away and I think we had some really different items this time around! I know I focused on trying to make sure I had more GUY stuff than I usually do. After all, although it's TRANS I still think it's probably more fun for the guys to win something they can actually keep.

My friend Hoshiko came by for a while. I think I am going to have to buy her some clothes, I think I've seen her in that dress like five times. SHOCKING! Pictured below is Sable Heartsdale on the left, our Lady's Winner for best in red and Phrost Whiteberry, who owns Garr Bauge art studio. Does it look like I have a whip in my hand there in the back ground?


Pictured above with the awesome raven hair is Lauren Mureaux - the latest addition to the Vicious, who will be working for Cajsa and I at Vicious Mall and Hypnoz Events. Please be sure to say hi to her if you see her around the Island! It was also great to see some Vicious Japan members like Yuko Pinklady (pictured at top) and Autumn Hoisan (below) who came and rocked out and both won some fun prizes.
Demonchylde Oh (did I spell that right?) brought a fun Urban Punk look to the party and she was one of our winners of some of Vics money $L500!
Silo met the criteria for Red in his own excellent fashion by showing up at Randy from A CHRISTMAS STORY.
