Mardi Gras Recap

We held two Mardi Gras Events on Vicious Island inside of ExC on the PARTY DECK Vic built with excellent turnout for BOTH! The Morning Event at 5am SLT FILLED THE SIM! I don't have any snaps of that event, so if anyone HAS anyone please shoot them to me! I'd love to see them! Alice07 as ALWAYS you hostessed a BRILLIANT party and THANKS to you for everything!

The evening event was a success as well but not NEARLY by the same standard! We had several folks come to party down for our Best Mardi Gras costume contest which was a $L500 prize! Our winners were Vicious Model Eleanor Enoch and our New Vicious Friend Roxie Bulloch! Both ladies broke out excellent costumes, with Roxie bringing it with a Mardi Gras SILK! Very excellent outfit! That's her back in the left corner - and in the forefront we have the compulsively purple-clad Rhodesy Durant! Rhodesy always rocks the purple!

Cajsa wore a brilliant marionette dress and we had an excellent turnout including new Vicious Party friends Tiare Larkham,Anna Decuir and Angelfeet Trevellion.
And as always we were totally delighted to see our old friends Maht Wuyts, Arcadia Nightfire and others! Everyone looked excellent in the Mardi Gras Party gear whether they broke out traditional styles or just went for sexy, which we all knows works well on Bourbon Street.
Harper from Around the Grid with Harper came by for a while but I wasn't able to get any snaps of her, my PC is acting crazy!

NOTE to ALL VICIOUS EMPLOYEES - I am HAVING PC PROBLEMS so I have trouble taking pics to PLEASE make sure you are sending me pics of events! We want to get photos of as many things as we can!

Mardi Gras!

Mardi Gras parties today at Vicious Island - inside of ExC! Vic built out a great big deck onto the side of ExC and we hope to see all of you there tonight!

Our Vicious Japan group filled the sim this morning - and we're hoping for a great turnout tonight! There will be a $L500 Linden Prize for the best Mardi Gras costume!

8pm SLT tonight we'll have DJRobyn Write spinning the tunes and the raffle ball loaded with MANY premium prizes - we expect to see all of you there! Cajsa and I will be hostessing!

At ExC - the location of our event you can find many excellent fashion choices including Mendy - which Olya recently offered for only $L1! Aren't you bummed you missed it? You never know what her Lucky Chairs are loaded with, or what she'll have on sale next though - you might want to stop by and check out the prices on ORCHID - hint hint hint!

There were some fun parties over the weekend at Hypnoz, I didn't get many snaps but I did get a few and I thought I'd share - thanks so much for sending them to me Preciosa! I'm not sure some of these Hats are Silly - some are actually cute!

Events for Feb 2 ! And New Releases from our Vicious Island Designers!

Hey Everyone LOTS to announce so lets start with the Events Feb 2!

Today at 1pm SLT the party starts at Vicious Hypnoz with the very Vicious Peter Sliter performing LIVE IN CONCERT! Followed up immediately by the MEGARUMBA event with many excellent prizes and lindens being given away! Make sure you do not miss this excellent event, we'll be debuting our new Spanish DJ QuePazza at Vicious Hypnoz! Don't miss it - this is going to be a true megarumba!!!!

Have you check out what is being offered at ExC lately? I picked up a couple of great pieces there and thought I'd share!

I picked up SAILOR in pink to wear to Maht's Grand Opening (yes I'll get those pics loaded too soon!) I think it's a kicky little casual dress - just taken up a notch by a nicely detailed belt. This would look great on a yacht party - why don't I get invited to yacht parties?

I also picked up Celesta in pink. I love this outfit so much I might wear it for our big Mardi Gras wingding.

I had something cute picked out to wear, but I dunno - this is a great outfit - I love the texture, it's very rich and I can almost FEEL the crushed velvet. Gotta rethink the hair - and - is it me or do I have no eyes? LOL I love SL. One of my favorite features of Olya's designs are that she includes COMPLETE outfits - down to the shoes - most of the time. I have a goodly selection of shoes but I love the COMPLETENESS of detail Olya always makes sure her outfits have. Celesta is available in a rainbow of colors and Sailor is available in about five. I really recommend checking out the completely feminine and original designs Olya is offering you at ExC.

Also new from JOINT US is a Black and Purple Mohawk Flex Mohawk that is perfect for your rocker boyfriend!

And and While We're at It.......

In addition to a GREAT Modeling Contest on Vicious Island (see the post below!) we've got TWO great events currently scheduled and more to come!

First of all Tomorrow night we'll rock the house inside of Maht's Mats and Mattes with DJ nlinear pessoa spinning the tunes with a lot of great prizes to be won as always!

So tomorrow at 8pm SLT be sure to TP over to Vicious Island to party with the Vicious!

And then Feb 5 we'll be getting our Mardi Gras party in effect starting at 5am SLT with the Vicious Japan team at ExC! Alice07 Barzane will be hostess AND DJ of the 5am party! We're still finalizing the night time party but we know it will be at 8pm SLT also held inside the ExC couture store! Mardi Gras is going to be a fantastic time and we hope to see you ALL on Vicious Island for the events! Grey Suyo at ExC Designs in Lampir

Grey Suyo is just one of the many beautiful ensembles available to you from ExC designs in Lampir. Designer Olya Lowey creates beautiful pieces from Fantasy to evening gown. Many of her items are available in a variety of colors letting you choose which one best suits your style.
Here I am wearing one of the combinations of Grey Suyo.
This outfit has alternate tops and skirts included so you can choose exactly which look best suits you. The detail on the belt is really quite good and it has an elegant, put-together style that I really like.

The Vicious have a Pajama Party

Sometimes even the Vicious need a break. Last night Cajsa, Miffy, Hatchy and Hoshiko (our Vicious Friend) took a break over at my place to play a little Two Truths and a Lie, and gossip.

Ever go looking for pajamas and get tired of the really high prices - $L200 plus for pajamas at the "good" stores? Well this group is entirely outfitted in PJs from either Shameless (from the infamous Sim Crashing Pajama party a few weeks ago) or from Vicious Fairy's basement. All include the slippers! I am all about the slippers!

While we gossiped and acted like teenagers in my living room at Quiricosta, Silo Uriza was hard at work remodeling the Vicious Fairy basement - so make sure that you stop by and check out the new look, as well as all the great stuff down there. Vicente has added more hairystyles - and we've also added pajamas as mentioned earlier.

Also while we were totally NOT working last night, Vicente started putting in Ice Skaing and Laser Tag in Lampir. If these activities aren't active by the time this post is up, they will be soon. Add this to our skydiving and we've got a lot to do besides shop!

Our Vicious Designer Olya Lowey has also launched a new product at her store, ExC located between Vicious Fairy and Shameless. Olya has released CELESTA - a dress so beautiful you need to SEE it to believe how opalescent it is! Olya has been with Vicious Mall for quite a while and her designs are lovely, if you aren't familiar. I'm wearing her Lilu in the header of this blog. And I chose one of her designs Myra to wear for the grand re-opening of Vicious Mall. See below.

I can wear anybody, but I chose Olya for our opening night because I really love how unique and creative her deisigns are. Stop by ExC and see what she has for you!
