Chocolate Party at Shameless

On Feb 12 we held a Chocolate Party At Shameless. It was an excellent party as Trinity had just created several new items for her first Fashcon release. Cajsa selected on of them to wear as it fit in nicely with our Chocolate Theme.

This is actually a completely transparent body stocking that Trinity Eales, Shameless designer, created. Casja slipped on some nude lingerie under it so you didn't see her naughty bits, as it was not a naughty bits party.
And well, I could've come in Chocolate but I'd found all this EXCELLENT Valentines stuff on SLX, Onrez plus at Shameless that I had to rock my own thing. Expecially since I wasn't going to on in World on Valentines, I knew it would be my only chance to wear the stuff.
The wings and outfit are from SHAMELESS on Vicious Island (run don't walk! I think that outfit is only like $L100.) The skin I picked up on Onrez. The hair is some Digit Darkes Edgy Wilds hair I bought like a year ago, I dunno if she still has it for sale. I didn't see it out on ONREZ but maybe I missed it. The hair includes the little bows.

We had a great turnout! Everyone came dressed in their best chocolate themed attire (except me).
It's always surprising to me what a nice turnout we get for a mall group. And I'm always so happy to SEE all of you! I love to see how creative you can be with your AVs and what great new outfits you are wearing.

I'd also like to take this opporutnity to introduce all of your to our newest additions to the Vicious Staff, Lauren Mureaux (did I even get that last name right? Why do we have last names? Maybe we should have family reunions? Sorry - I digress....)
And that dance floor is from Mikki Young. I'm in love with her themed stuff she does for clubs. I wish she did more holiday stuff, because I'd totally be picking up dance floors for holidays all the time. So far I've got three of her dance floors (halloween, fish tank and now candy hearts.) Come on Mikki Young - make me one for St Patty's! Dear lord soon I'll be collecting dance floors the way I collect hair.....

I was also really excited that Harper Gainesvoort (lord did I spell that right?) was able to pop in. She didn't have anything particularly chocolate to wear but she did wrap herself in gold foil - which seemed very candy like! Also attending was Hatchy Mills who we don't get to see very much and miss a lot.
Our contest was for $L500 Lindens to see who best fit the THEME of the evening. I just left that open to interpretation - I mean, we said Chocolate Party - so that's a pretty broad category! I've got a few snaps of our CHOCOLATE contestants! First up - Hatchy Mills. Perhaps she is WHITE CHOCOLATE?


Next we have the recently partnered Eleanor Enoch (CONGRATS ELEANOR!) wearing a chocolate outfit complete with Kiss on her head!

Too bad as an employee he isn't eligible - how could that Kiss not have won? I mean that is a great AV complete with the little I love you sign on top. I'd tell you where he got it but then I'd have to kill you!

Lingerie Party Recap - PLUS Chocolate Party Tonight!8pm!

We held a Lingerie Party at Vicious Hypnoz on Saturday night 2/9 with a great turnout. Since it was so close to Valentine's Day I decided to wear a decidedly different sort of lingerie! I also broke out some Pink Hair because it was called CANDY. How could I resist?

It was awesome to see everyone as usual including the Vicious Crew of Maht,Rhodesy,Arcadia and Phrost. Some of our FAVORITE Vicious Friends!And it was also great to meet some new Vicious Friends like Aqua Destiny from our Vicious Japan group.We rocked out all night and as the night progressed we were joined by some of our furry friends.

As always we were thrilled to see Furrball Nirpaw and Silo decided to ditch the Robot for the night and came as Bill the Cat in his BOXES. Which was fairly freaking cool.
The party kicked into overtime as our French Vicious members started showing up and DJRobyn Writer ended up staying two hours late! Which was excellent!

We expect to have some more night time events at Vicious Hypnoz so be sure to watch your events notices and the calendar to see what we are up to.

I can't forget to mention that it was awesome to see Hoshiko (pictured here with me and Silo)
and I think that Furrball and Tony Prinz make a very handsome couple what do you think?

"Go to" Stores and Remodels

For me, every day in Second Life presents new opportunities to shop—to find just the right pair of boots to wear with my dress slacks—to hunt for just the right pair of glasses to complete my preppy image as well as the perfect pair of sunglasses for shielding my avatar from those virtual UV rays. But of course, I'm doing all this on a budget.

The good news is, for the hard core shopper like me, the hunt is as much fun as the purchase. Every day I seem to discover a new LM for the next new favorite store of mine. Last week it was WRONG, this week it's UK Couture, next week it may be some store a friend tells me about or something I wander into by accident from the search menu. With all this shopping, it's easy to lose control of your inventory, let alone the phenomenal number of landmarks one collects in all this hunting.

But I've discovered out of all these fad places, I have a select group of stores that I keep going back to. The tried and true "I can always find something" here stores. And most importantly, these stores are often times very affordable for the quality of products produced. I'm the picky shopper looking for extremely detailed clothing and objects that are not only low prim, but a bargain.

One of my "go to" places is Pixel Dolls. I was introduced to this store as a newbie. I remember looking there the first time, wanting everything in sight, and thinking how expensive 100L was for an outfit. Of course, this was when I was still thinking of Lindens in terms of dollars and someone had gifted me 1,000. I wasn't sure if I'd ever get any more, and each one had to be spent wisely. Looking back on it, I realize what a bargain it was. Now with over 12,000 items in my inventory, at least three quarters of which is clothing, I still go back to my outfits from Pixel Dolls. And every time I wear them, I receive compliments.

Recently, a friend was in a bind. She wanted an outfit for an event that evening, and we had roughly half an hour to find her something. Remembering the massive walls of outfits organized by price and the variety available, I TPd her to Pixel Dolls, figuring if she couldn't find something she loved at a reasonable price there, we weren't going to have any luck. Imagine my surprise when the store rezzed in around me and gone were the screens full of tiny outfits priced at 100L and 200L and up. In its place was a fantastically elegant store. I didn't believe my eyes! Where was the Pixel Dolls I fell in love with?

In place of the tiles upon tiles upon tiles of designs was a store that looked like an actual store. Displays of shoes dotted the landscape. Plush sofas and chairs for lounging underlined large pictures of new outfits at every turn of my camera angle. I wanted to curl up in the store with a friend and have a long chat while we tried on shoes and flaunted our new skirts and blouses. I started looking for a sales associate to offer me Rooibos tea or a mineral water with lemon. As I should have expected, Pixel Dolls' new store was all about the details.

When my friend arrived, it took her no time to find what has become her favorite outfit in SL! And as I wandered around the store, I found some of the old Pixel Dolls blended into the new design. What a fantastic surprise to see what happens when our old standbys reinvent themselves into something bigger and better than we could have imagined. I can't wait to shop there again and explore and the fantastic new designs. And the best part: Pixel Dolls is still Pixel Dolls. I can wander in at any time, find just the right outfit for any occasion, and leave without having spent a week's pay. The great quality and affordable pricing that I loved best are still the foundation of Pixel Dolls.

As you can see the club was rockin'! Vic has so much fun he decided he wanted to rock out and held a heavy metal party - AGGRESSION! Expect more of these parties, so if you are a rocker watch your notices for Two Hours of Aggression usually hosted by Vicente with better camping rates so keep an eye open!

Lingerie Party Tonight at Vicious Hypnoz!

Tonight at 8pm SLT Cajsa and Gidge will be hostessing our first night-time event inside Vicious Hypnoz on Vicious Island. AS ALWAYS we're going to have lots of excellent prizes - and I may even pick up some excellent TRANS Valentines items, never too early to shop for your sweetie is it?


DJRobyn Writer will be our DJ tonight starting at 8pm SLT and we will also having $l500 Prize for best lingerie! Guys can enter too but those boxers will have to BRING IT to compete with some of the SL Lingerie that is out there!

The Best in Black party was great fun. The DJ rocked a full house of people dressed in the black best. Boran Horan won the $L2000 prize for this hot, sexy outfit in the photo to the left.

Mardi Gras Recap

We held two Mardi Gras Events on Vicious Island inside of ExC on the PARTY DECK Vic built with excellent turnout for BOTH! The Morning Event at 5am SLT FILLED THE SIM! I don't have any snaps of that event, so if anyone HAS anyone please shoot them to me! I'd love to see them! Alice07 as ALWAYS you hostessed a BRILLIANT party and THANKS to you for everything!

The evening event was a success as well but not NEARLY by the same standard! We had several folks come to party down for our Best Mardi Gras costume contest which was a $L500 prize! Our winners were Vicious Model Eleanor Enoch and our New Vicious Friend Roxie Bulloch! Both ladies broke out excellent costumes, with Roxie bringing it with a Mardi Gras SILK! Very excellent outfit! That's her back in the left corner - and in the forefront we have the compulsively purple-clad Rhodesy Durant! Rhodesy always rocks the purple!

Cajsa wore a brilliant marionette dress and we had an excellent turnout including new Vicious Party friends Tiare Larkham,Anna Decuir and Angelfeet Trevellion.
And as always we were totally delighted to see our old friends Maht Wuyts, Arcadia Nightfire and others! Everyone looked excellent in the Mardi Gras Party gear whether they broke out traditional styles or just went for sexy, which we all knows works well on Bourbon Street.
Harper from Around the Grid with Harper came by for a while but I wasn't able to get any snaps of her, my PC is acting crazy!

NOTE to ALL VICIOUS EMPLOYEES - I am HAVING PC PROBLEMS so I have trouble taking pics to PLEASE make sure you are sending me pics of events! We want to get photos of as many things as we can!

Mardi Gras!

Mardi Gras parties today at Vicious Island - inside of ExC! Vic built out a great big deck onto the side of ExC and we hope to see all of you there tonight!

Our Vicious Japan group filled the sim this morning - and we're hoping for a great turnout tonight! There will be a $L500 Linden Prize for the best Mardi Gras costume!

8pm SLT tonight we'll have DJRobyn Write spinning the tunes and the raffle ball loaded with MANY premium prizes - we expect to see all of you there! Cajsa and I will be hostessing!

At ExC - the location of our event you can find many excellent fashion choices including Mendy - which Olya recently offered for only $L1! Aren't you bummed you missed it? You never know what her Lucky Chairs are loaded with, or what she'll have on sale next though - you might want to stop by and check out the prices on ORCHID - hint hint hint!

There were some fun parties over the weekend at Hypnoz, I didn't get many snaps but I did get a few and I thought I'd share - thanks so much for sending them to me Preciosa! I'm not sure some of these Hats are Silly - some are actually cute!

Also we held the Grand Opening of Mahts Mats and Mattes which was excellently attended and a great party over all! If you haven't been to Mahts Mats and Mattes I really recommend you go check it out. He's got an excellent collection of Real Life Photography that he's brought to Second Life. Plus the rugs are gorgeous, really well made with complex textures that are very rich.

Lacie Jewell came out - I didn't get a good snap of her partner in crime Anna Decuir this time! That's Cajsa dancing beside her in the awesome dress. Spinning tunes was the excellent nlinear pessoa and as always we were SO glad to see Rhodesy and Arcadia! Rock on ladies!Also joining us was relatively new to Vicious Lauren Mureaux who was GORGEOUS in black!

I picked up SAILOR in pink to wear to Maht's Grand Opening (yes I'll get those pics loaded too soon!) I think it's a kicky little casual dress - just taken up a notch by a nicely detailed belt. This would look great on a yacht party - why don't I get invited to yacht parties?

I also picked up Celesta in pink. I love this outfit so much I might wear it for our big Mardi Gras wingding.

I had something cute picked out to wear, but I dunno - this is a great outfit - I love the texture, it's very rich and I can almost FEEL the crushed velvet. Gotta rethink the hair - and - is it me or do I have no eyes? LOL I love SL. One of my favorite features of Olya's designs are that she includes COMPLETE outfits - down to the shoes - most of the time. I have a goodly selection of shoes but I love the COMPLETENESS of detail Olya always makes sure her outfits have. Celesta is available in a rainbow of colors and Sailor is available in about five. I really recommend checking out the completely feminine and original designs Olya is offering you at ExC.
